katherine, where have you been?!

Well, in a word, busy. This past weekend, Shon and I took a trip to Virginia Beach to visit my sister while her husband is at sea. We had a fantastic time and I've got lots of pictures to post....buuuuuut I haven't even uploaded them to the computer yet. Lazy. The drive home was LONG. Very long.

Things have really picked up quite a bit at work. So much so, that I've had to take work home. I'm still really enjoying my job.

This weekend, I've got a tentative photoshoot with my BFF from childhood and her family. After that, we're having some of our friends over for a good ole Southern dinner. We are definitely excited about catching up with them.

So since we have friends coming over this weekend, Shon and I have been COMPLETELY busy cleaning our house from floor to ceiling. This is definitely one reason I love having company over...it FORCES me to clean my house. The house is looking pretty good, but there is still work to be done.

So there you have it. I've been BUSY. VERY VERY busy.
